"Recent Discoveries in the Late Devonian Paleoenvironments of the Catskill and Lock Haven Formations in Pennsylvania"
The preserved shallow marine to freshwater habitats have yielded a variety of invertebrate and vertebrate remains, both expected and unexpected.
Dr. David Broussard is an associate professor of Biology at Lycoming College in Williamsport PA. His research is focused on Late Devonian vertebrates including extinct groups of fishes and early tetrapods.

Bruce Mitchell is a retired geologist with over 30 years experience in the field. He is a member and the programs coordinator of the Philadelphia Mineralogical Society and a member of the Franklin Ogdensburg Mineral Society.
Saturday afternoon, we host Cub Scout and Boy Scout Geology Merit Badge workshops. Pre-registration is required with the Cradle of Liberty Scout Council.
