We are continuing with hybrid meetings (In Person & Zoom)
on the second Thursday of the month.  

Doors open at 6:30 pm for meeting starting at 7:00 pm.
 
Meetings consist of a business portion followed by a lecture or video presentation.  The meetings are open to the public and we encourage people to come experience our meetings in person.

Hi everyone,

Our program for June 8, 2023, will be our annual Silent Auction.  This is the way that PMS has for raising money for scholarships and other activities.  Members donate attractive mineral specimens, and then we display them for bidding in the silent auction on different tables at the pavilion in Fort Washington State Park (Pavilion #3).  So please, if you have anything nice you'd like to contribute, bring it along on June 8.  We usually start our summer meetings at 6:30 since the park closes at 8, and taking along a sandwich, etc., for dinner is just fine.  If you do donate a specimen for auction, please print out and use the forms provided.  The auction is generally cash-only, some with some appropriate presidential portraits. 

 

July 13, 2023:   Open to Public, Show and Tell.  The summer meetings will be held at Pavilion #3, in the Fort Washington State Park.  6:30pm-8:30pm

August 10, 2023: No Meeting

The regular monthly meetings commence at the Giant's Community Center 
on 315 York Road, Willow Grove 6:30- 8:30 pm.  There is no need to call and reserve a space - we are hoping for a full complement of 30 guests. Zoom invitations will go out for those unable to meet in person.
